FADE IN:
1 EXT. LA PERLA NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT - ESTABLISHING SHOT
1
An elegant art deco building with a neon sign glowing "LA PERLA." Rain slicks the street, reflecting the colorful lights.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
A few weeks later, Moe and Turbo found themselves at La Perla, the kind of joint where the rich and dangerous come to play. Word was, someone had hit the place hard, and the owner wanted his stuff back.
2 INT. LA PERLA NIGHTCLUB – NIGHT
2
A swanky club with plush seating, crystal chandeliers, and a polished dance floor. Moe and Turbo are escorted through by a BOUNCER in a sharp suit.
TURBO
(whispering)
Jefe, this place is something else.
MOE
(grim)
Don't let the fancy digs fool you, kid. Places like this are where the real snakes slither.
3 INT. RICKY'S OFFICE – NIGHT
3
A plush office with mahogany furniture. RICKY "EL ZORRO" DELGADO (40s, slick, dangerous) sits behind his desk smoking a cigar.
RICKY
(smooth voice)
Gentlemen, I'm glad you could make it. As you know, I've been hit hard, and I need the best in the business to get my goods back.
MOE
(cool)
We'll get to the bottom of this, amigo. But it'll cost you.
RICKY
(dismissive wave)
Money is no object, señor. Just get me my stuff back, and you'll be paid handsomely.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
Ricky "El Zorro" Delgado. Big shot club owner with connections from City Hall to Tijuana. The kinda vato who smiles while he cuts your throat. But his money was green, and that's all that mattered for now.
4 EXT. RUNDOWN NEIGHBORHOOD – NIGHT
4
Moe and Turbo confront CHICO, a nervous small-time crook, in an alley.
MOE
(menacing)
Alright, Chico, spill it. We know you were in on the job at La Perla, and we want names.
CHICO
(panicked)
It was Razor Eddie and his crew, I swear! They're holed up in an abandoned warehouse down by the river, divvying up the score!
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
The thing about rats like Chico? They always sing when the heat's on. And now Moe and Turbo had what they needed—the location of Razor Eddie and the stolen loot.
5 EXT. ABANDONED WAREHOUSE – NIGHT
5
A dilapidated building near the river. Faint light flickers from within.
Moe checks his revolver while Turbo does the same.
MOE
(quiet intensity)
Alright, kid, this is it. You ready for some action?
TURBO
(determined)
Let's do this, Jefe.
They BURST through the doors, guns drawn.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
What went down next was pure East LA opera, a symphony of gunfire and breaking glass, with Moe and Turbo conducting the whole damn show.
INTENSE ACTION SEQUENCE as Moe and Turbo engage in a firefight with RAZOR EDDIE'S CREW. Bullets ricochet, crates explode, men go down.
Finally, only RAZOR EDDIE remains, cowering behind some crates.
MOE
(calling out)
It's over, Eddie! Drop the gun and come out slow, or you're gonna end up just another chalk outline on the floor.
Eddie emerges with hands raised.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
Just like that, another case in the books. Razor Eddie in cuffs, the stolen loot recovered, and another fat payday for East LA's finest private eyes.
6 EXT. LA PERLA NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
6
Moe and Turbo exit with satisfied expressions after delivering the recovered goods and collecting their fee.
TURBO
(excited)
Moe, that was some real Hollywood stuff back there. I can't believe we pulled it off!
MOE
(rare smile, clapping Turbo's shoulder)
You did good, kid. Real good. Looks like all that training is paying off.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
As they rolled away from La Perla that night, little did they know their biggest challenge was still to come. In the barrios of East LA, trouble never takes a day off, and neither do Moe "Snake-Eyes" Juarez and his protégé, Turbo.
FADE TO BLACK.
FADE IN:
7 EXT. MOE'S OFFICE – DAY
7
A young woman, ROSITA (20s, beautiful, distressed), knocks frantically on the door.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
Just when Moe and Turbo thought they'd seen it all, fate dealt them another wild card. A desperate sister searching for her missing brother, a mariachi with more enemies than friends.
INT. MOE'S OFFICE - DAY
Rosita sits across from Moe, wiping tears. Turbo leans against the wall, listening intently.
ROSITA
(distressed)
Señores, you have to help me! My brother, Manuel, he's gone missing, and I fear the worst.
MOE
(leaning forward)
When did you last see him?
ROSITA
After his performance at the Rodriguez estate in the hills. He was the lead singer for Los Halcones Dorados. The crowd loved him, but he never came home that night.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
A missing mariachi might not sound like much to some, but in East LA, the mariachi bands are like royalty. And when royalty goes missing, it means someone's playing a dangerous game.
8 EXT. SEEDY CANTINA – NIGHT
8
A rundown bar with peeling paint and faded photos of famous musicians on the walls. The BARTENDER speaks quietly to Moe and Turbo.
BARTENDER
(nervous whisper)
Rumor has it, El Coyote was jealous of Manuel's success. Word on the street is, he had Manuel snatched to teach him a lesson.
MOE
(eyes narrowing)
El Coyote? Ernesto Ramirez?
BARTENDER
(nodding)
The same. He's got a hacienda on the outskirts of town. But be careful, amigos. El Coyote didn't earn his name for nothing. He's sly, and he's got teeth.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
El Coyote. The meanest son of a bitch to ever front a mariachi band. They say he once stabbed a man with his own trumpet mouthpiece for playing off-key. If he had Manuel, time was running out.
9 EXT. EL COYOTE'S HACIENDA – NIGHT
9
A ramshackle but sprawling property surrounded by a crumbling adobe wall. Moe and Turbo approach cautiously through the shadows.
Suddenly, GUNMEN emerge from hiding places. Moe and Turbo dive for cover as BULLETS fly.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
El Coyote wasn't taking any chances. He'd turned his hacienda into a fortress, with triggermen stationed at every corner. But Moe and Turbo had faced worse odds and lived to tell the tale.
FIREFIGHT SEQUENCE as Moe and Turbo return fire, working their way closer to the main building.
10 INT. EL COYOTE'S HACIENDA - MAIN ROOM – NIGHT
10
A lavishly decorated room with Mexican artwork and instruments displayed like trophies. ERNESTO "EL COYOTE" RAMIREZ (40s, cruel face, expensive clothes) stands confidently, surrounded by ARMED THUGS.
EL COYOTE
(sneering)
Looking for someone, cabrones?
MOE
(steady gaze)
We know you've got Manuel, Ernesto. Hand him over, and maybe we'll go easy on you.
EL COYOTE
(laughing harshly)
Manuel? He's long gone, amigos. But if you want to join him, just keep pushing your luck.
El Coyote signals, and his men OPEN FIRE. Moe and Turbo dive behind an overturned table.
In the midst of the gunfight, distant MARIACHI MUSIC grows louder.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
Just when it looked like curtains for our heroes, the cavalry arrived. But not your usual cavalry, this one came with guitars, trumpets, and enough firepower to start a small war.
The doors BURST open and MASKED MARIACHIS storm in, firing weapons as they play their instruments. Among them is MANUEL (30s, charismatic despite his bruises).
CHAOTIC BATTLE SEQUENCE as Moe and Turbo join forces with the mariachi rescue squad.
Eventually, El Coyote tries to escape but is cornered by Moe.
MOE
(pointing gun)
End of the road, Coyote. Time to face the music.
11 EXT. EL COYOTE'S HACIENDA – DAWN
11
As the sun rises, Manuel embraces his sister Rosita. The masked mariachis celebrate their victory. El Coyote and his men are being tied up.
MANUEL
(to Moe and Turbo)
Gracias, amigos. When my boys broke me out of that back room where El Coyote was holding me, I knew we needed help. I'm glad Rosita found you.
MOE
(shaking his head in disbelief)
Kid, I've seen some crazy stuff in my time, but this takes the cake.
TURBO
(grinning)
Jefe, when you said this job would be an adventure, you weren't kidding!
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
The Mariachi Masquerade, they called it later. The night when a band of musicians took down one of East LA's most notorious criminals. Just another chapter in the legend of Moe "Snake-Eyes" Juarez and his protégé, Turbo.
FADE TO BLACK.
FADE IN:
12 INT. MOE'S OFFICE – DAY
12
A nervous man, JULIO (30s, twitchy, constantly looking over his shoulder), sits across from Moe. Turbo stands by the window, keeping watch.
JULIO
(pleading)
Señores, I need your help. I've gotten myself mixed up with some bad hombres, and if I don't pay up soon, they're gonna put me six feet under.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
Julio was a small-time bookie who'd made the classic mistake, borrowing from a shark when he couldn't cover his bets. Now he was swimming in waters too deep, with a predator named Loco Lenny circling for the kill.
MOE
(serious)
Tell us everything, Julio. From the beginning.
JULIO
(nervously)
I been running book out of my cousin's bodega. Nothing big, you know? Horse races, cockfights, local sports. But then I got behind, and Loco Lenny offered to float me a loan. The interest... dios mío, it's killing me. His goons come by every week. First they broke my fingers, then they threatened my family.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
Loan sharks. The bottom-feeders of the criminal food chain. But Loco Lenny was more than just a shark, he was the whole damn ocean, with half the barrio drowning in his debts.
13 EXT. EAST LA POOL HALL – NIGHT
13
A dimly lit establishment filled with cigarette smoke. Moe and Turbo speak with the OWNER (60s, grizzled) in a back corner.
OWNER
(whispering)
Lenny's a real piece of work, amigos. He's got half the barrio under his thumb, and anyone who crosses him ends up sleeping with the fishes.
TURBO
(determined)
Where can we find him?
OWNER
(hesitant)
He runs his operation out of an old warehouse on Alameda. But you didn't hear it from me, comprende?
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
The warehouse on Alameda. Loco Lenny's fortress of fear. Many had gone in looking for justice, none had come out. But Moe and Turbo weren't just anyone. They were East LA's finest, and they had a score to settle.
14 EXT. LENNY'S WAREHOUSE – NIGHT
14
A dilapidated building with boarded windows and graffiti-covered walls. Moe and Turbo approach cautiously, guns drawn.
Suddenly, GUNMEN emerge from the shadows. A FIREFIGHT erupts.
MONTAGE of intense action as Moe and Turbo battle their way through Lenny's thugs, taking cover behind dumpsters, returning fire, advancing methodically toward the warehouse.
INT. LENNY'S WAREHOUSE - NIGHT
A makeshift office set up inside the cavernous space. LOCO LENNY (50s, massive, scarred face) stands surrounded by ARMED GUARDS.
LOCO LENNY
(sneering)
Well, well, if it ain't the dynamic duo. You boys must have a death wish, coming around here and sticking your noses where they don't belong.
MOE
(stepping forward)
We're here for Julio, Lenny. He's paid his debt, and then some. Time to let him go.
LOCO LENNY
(laughing)
Paid his debt? That little rat owes me more than he'll ever be able to pay back. But if you're so keen on settling his tab, maybe we can work out a deal.
Lenny signals, and his men OPEN FIRE. Moe and Turbo dive behind crates, returning fire.
The gunfight is INTENSE, with bullets splintering wood and ricocheting off metal.
Just when it seems they're outmatched, a voice rings out.
JULIO (O.S.)
Freeze, cabrones! Drop your guns, or you're all going for a ride downtown!
JULIO enters with a squad of UNIFORMED POLICE OFFICERS, all with weapons drawn.
GANG MEMBER (V.O.)
Talk about a plot twist! Turns out, Julio wasn't just a bookie with a debt problem, he was the bait in an elaborate sting operation. And Loco Lenny had just taken the hook, line, and sinker.
Lenny and his men surrender, dropping their weapons.
15 EXT. LENNY'S WAREHOUSE – NIGHT
15
Police cars with flashing lights. Officers lead Lenny and his crew away in handcuffs. Julio approaches Moe and Turbo.
JULIO
(sheepish grin)
Looks like I owe you boys one, huh? When Lenny's goons started leaning on me, I knew I had to go to the cops. But I also knew they'd need some muscle to take down Lenny's operation, so I called in the big guns.
